I'm a Certified Integrative Health and Wellness Coach and Functional Diagnostics and Nutrition Practitioner dedicated to guiding women towards sustained health through functional nutrition and holistic wellness.
I spent 12 years balancing a high-stress career and practicing holistic health as a way of life. After my father was diagnosed with Mesothelioma I decided to leave the corporate world and dedicate my time to educating women on the importance of preventative health and holistic health as a way of life.
My coaching focuses on making informed, sustainable health choices, and seamlessly integrating wellness into your daily life. I want to help my clients achieve their short term health goals but also learn the foundations of health so that they can continue those practices throughout their life and as their needs change.
