For 12 years, I lived in high-stress, high-performance environments, using holistic health as a way to keep myself going. But after my father was diagnosed with Mesothelioma, I realized that true well-being isn’t just about what we eat or how we move—it’s about how we live.
Now, as a Certified Integrative Health and Wellness Coach and Functional Diagnostics and Nutrition Practitioner, I guide women to break free from survival mode and step into flow. Through functional health, mindset work, and intentional living, I help my clients restore their energy, regulate stress, and create a lifestyle where wellness isn’t an afterthought—it’s the foundation.
By the time we’re done working together, my goal is that you won’t need another coach—because you’ll have the tools, confidence, and trust in your body to navigate your health with ease for life.
